t's often said that the youth are too young to appreciate what they've got, and that may be true. Here's how to enjoy being a kid, and not worry about growing up too fast!
Don't tell your friends about things you don't want them to know about. Its none of their business if you still wet the bed, or sleep with a favorite stuffed animal. Avoid lying. Lying at any age is very unpopular; you will most likely get caught, and it will make you look even worse than before. Remember what being "grown-up" means. There are 36-year-old that aren't really grown up. Being "grown-up" means a lot of things. At this age, remember to take responsibility for your actions, stand up for what is right, but most of all, remember to have fun. Being eleven or twelve years old only comes once in your life—don't worry about being fully grown up just yet.
Be confident in who you really are. People are attracted to those who seem confident in themselves. At this age your bodies are growing, they are changed, and you feel like everyone is watching you. They're not. You may think you're not as pretty at the girl who come back from summer vacation looking like a woman, or as handsome and cool as the star athlete, but we all grow and change differently. You are right where you are supposed to be! Always be true to who you are At this age it is normal for you to want to find what group you fit in at school, so it's okay to explore what it is that you like and don't like. Once you do find "who you are", remain true to that person. Be Fit If you are fit when you are a kid then you will be a happy kid. If you are obese you will probably get picked on at school. Some people will judge you by how fat you are and normally that is not a good judgement for them. If you are obese then you might grow to have lots of other deadly health problems which can make you depressed and miserable.
If someone asks a question like, "Do you still hang out with your mom?", don't be afraid to say yes. Most likely, many of your friends do, too. Don't give up things you like because they are "babyish." Seriously consider the consequences of your actions, no matter how lame that sounds. Drinking, drugs, and sex may seem grown-up or mature, but many adults have messed up their lives with such things. "And many more adults who don't use drugs or drink see those adults that do as immature fools." Remember, there is nothing wrong with sleeping with a night light.
Don't make fun of others you don't know. After all, you wouldn't want them to do such things to you, and you never know—they may become your friends.

n the world of fitness, it is common knowledge that losing fat with weights is not only effective, but simple. Lifting weights burns calories, although not as much as aerobic activity such as running, bicycling or swimming. When you burn more calories than you eat, you lose weight. Additionally, the extra muscle tissue you build through lifting will burn more calories than your body's fat tissue, even when you're resting. Weight training should be combined with a healthy eating habits, daily activities and aerobic exercise as part of a well-rounded healthy lifestyle.
Do strength training using your own body weight before or after aerobic exercises, such as push-ups, sit-ups or squats. Incorporate hand held weights into daily activities and exercises, such as walking or running. Substitute some aerobic sessions with weight training sessions. For instance, instead of 4 days of running a week, run for 3 days and lift weight for 1. You can also cut the time you do aerobic activity on a given day and replace it with strength training.
Circuit training - moving quickly from one strength training exercise to the next - can keep your heart rate up and help you burn more calories while strength training. Research the different types of exercises by looking in your favorite fitness magazine or by using your favorite search engine online. Many fitness experts also have recommendations on their online sites. Many exercises do not require weights, but use only the weight of your own body.
Big Misconception: You can't lose fat around just a specific area through strength training. For instance, doing squats to build leg muscles will not by itself reduce fat around your legs. Additionally, doing situps or crunches will not target belly fat. However, building muscle will make those areas look better by reducing the surface area over which the fat is spread.
Big Misconception: Women are especially concerned with the idea of losing fat with weights because of the misconception that they will end up looking like a male body builder. It takes years of intense weight training to look like that. Weight training is great for both sexes and can contribute to a fit, healthy look.
As always, talk to your health care provider or fitness expert before beginning any fitness routine to ensure that you are performing the best exercises for your weight loss goal in a safe and healthy manner.

And was snowing up in the mountain.I told my self what do you expect this is Seattle it rain a lot. Finally, today we saw the sun... I could have kiss the sun , If I could only reach it :)). Today was sunny but I was feeling a bit under the weather. Woke up with head ache and my sinus was hurting and draining down through my throat. The Ring Tag
Saturday, March 28, 2009
Demcy is definitely right. This tag is so much different. It's challenging and fun. Anyway, it took me a while to post this tag, for I have to asked my hubby to take a picture of my tiny fingers :)).I would like to thank Demcy for tagging me. I had fun doing this tag and I hope I did it the right way.
Why should the wedding ring be worn on the fourth finger? There is a beautiful and convincing explanation given by the Chinese.....
Thumb represents your Parents.
Second (Index) finger represents your Siblings.
Middle finger represents your-Self.
Fourth (Ring) finger represents your Life Partner. & the...
Last (Little) finger represents your children.
Firstly, open your palms (face to face), bend the middle fingers and hold them together - back to back.
Secondly, open and hold the remaining three fingers and the thumb - tip to tip. (As shown in the figure below):
Now, try to separate your thumbs (representing the parents)..., they will open, because your parents are not destined to live with you lifelong, and have to leave you sooner or later. Please join your thumbs as before and separate your Index fingers (representing siblings)...., they will also open, because your brothers and sisters will have their own families and will have to lead their own separate lives.
Now join the Index fingers and separate your Little fingers (representing your children)...., they will open too, because the children also will get married and settle down on their own some day.
Finally, join your Little fingers, and try to separate your Ring fingers (representing your spouse). You will be surprised to see that you just CANNOT..... because Husband & Wife have to remain together all their lives - through thick and thin!!
This tag is open for a grab to all my blogger friend who are married. Enjoy doing the tag guys.

Everyone has friends that go through tough times. When they go through these times, you want to be there for them. You want to help them. Here is the best way to.
Let them know you are there for them. You might feel troubled for them, or maybe even sad. The best thing to do is let them know that you are there for them.
They might not want to talk to you right at the moment, but that's ok. Just tell them that you will be there for them when they are ready to talk. Next you just wait for them to come around. It might be days, weeks, or maybe even months, but patience is golden. Once they come around, they will start to just talk to you. Listen, don't half listen, or pretend to be listening. That is the WORST thing you can do.
You can give them advice but be cautious on what advice you give them. The most important rule is, NEVER start talking against who ever they may be talking about. It will come around and kick you in the end. Remember, don't let them go and do something stupid, even if they say it will help them. It will just get you both in trouble. The final thing you can do for them is to be there for them. Make sure they know you care about them, and if they start to say something about doing something to themselves, tell them why you think it is a bad idea. Don't start to tell them what to do, cause they will take it the wrong way.
Make sure you are always there when needed. This is something I had to learn. Never get sucked into more drama then you can handle. Be there for them, but don't let it rule your life.
NEVER ever tell any one what they have said to you. That is not your place to do. WARNING: They might even take some of the anger out on you. They will not mean to, but it might happen. Never take any thing to personal. They might say things that they don't mean, so always keep that in mind.

The modern family can be diverse with different generations and wider relationships fulfilling the role of parenting children. Therefore when we refer to family this unit can be made up of children with the parenting role being taken up by parents, grandparents, carers, civil partnerships, friends, lone parents etc…
Despite the perfect picture families that always seem to loom over us on television, posters and bill boards, there are many more complexities and dynamics to families than all smiles and laughter. All families are different, and all families have their own issues, but with the right amount of work and determination, you can make your family life the best it can be, by developing your relationships and learning more about yourself and your relatives. No one's family life is perfect; but you can make your's good, so why not?
1. Respect your parents. Do this not just by giving them respect, but by listening to what they say and trying your best to make them happy. Realize that you may be able to choose your friends, but you're born to your family. If there's nothing you can do to please your parents, you'll be happier if you just accept it for now and focus on pleasing yourself. Making others happy is secondary to being happy yourself. And things do change over time.
2. Realize that life is not always going to go smoothly. Try to face the "ups and downs" in your family life with positive thinking and a cool mind. But your family doesn't have the right to make you miserable just because they're family. Try to get along, but if it doesn't work, let it go.
3. Try to compromise whenever and wherever it's possible. When you see that the people who you love most are happy, you will have a feeling of great happiness. You will have to compromise a lot in life; family is the first environment to begin learning this important skill, amongst people who know you best and can guide you with their reactions, thoughts and suggestions. Even the things they don't tell you become a learning experience.
4. Give occasional gifts to your family members. Surprise gifts can be great because most people love them. The best gifts tend to be the ones you make yourself, or put a lot of thought into. Also appreciated are gifts of your time; doing tasks around the house that haven't been done for a while such as painting touch-ups, restoring missing door handles etc. and clearing away clutter.
5. Be honest with your parents, but bear in mind that they don't always need to know everything. If you get along well, you can open up, but if you don't, avoiding tender subjects can keep the peace. Sometimes saying nothing can be better for a family relationship than saying everything. Family is forever. Why fight about the little things?
6. Feel free to communicate with each and every person in your family. Listen to them when they want to say something; try to be with them when they need you. Bear in mind that the needs of your family don't outweigh your own. Give them your time and love, not your life.
7. Dedicate a slot, it may be once a week or once a month in which you have a 'Family Time'. This could be anything, watching a movie together, playing a game, going out on a trip, but make sure it is something everyone will enjoy.
8. Eat together. Modern-day life makes this virtually impossible to do, however, it really does change your family life dramatically -- for the better.
9. Make time for siblings. They know you best, and they will tell you the whole truth, even when you don't want to hear it. As we grow up, our relationships with siblings may not be as strong as we think, but when you're older you may find yourself grateful for the work you put in now. Be supportive, encouraging and honest.
10. Accept that your relationship with your family depends on both you and them. If they can't meet you halfway, you will be happier if you don't spend all of your energy making all the effort.
Aside from what it said above, you have to have... patient. Compromise is the most valuable tool you have. Sometimes families are just dysfunctional. It happens. You come first.Don't put everything down to hormones. If your teenager feels reluctant to talk to you, he or she may be upset about something or being bullied. Ask if everything is okay.

Maybe your parent(s) have been divorced and are now planning on marrying different people, this can add a lot of stress to your life, here are some simple ways to make this transition easier on everyone.
1. Be willing to share.
2. Understand that they are now part of your family and not an appendix to it.
If there is something that is really bothering you about a step parent then don't be afraid to talk to a counselor or psychologist, most schools have one as a member of the staff so you parents will never have to know if you don't want them to. If you do not feel comfortable calling your step parent "mom" or "dad", use his or her first name or establish a nickname but do not use "hey you" or anything else like that when you want their attention.
Talk with your parent and step parents, establish guidelines and rules, then make sure everyone sticks to them. Don't bottle up things they do that bother you and let them all out at once confront the problems as they arise. Make sure your parent knows how you feel about your step parent, in a serious situation it maybe important.

Overcome Stage Phobia
Friday, March 27, 2009
Stage fright, or a fear of public speaking is the common term for Glosophobia.
The best thing you can do is practice and know the material. It's scary enough being on stage, make it easier for yourself and know what you're supposed to say. Practice it enough so that you have it memorized and don't need to look down at note cards. Take five, slow, deep breaths before going on stage. Just remind yourself that no one's judging you, they are interested in what you're saying, and if you mess up, it's likely that no one will even notice. Assure yourself that no matter what happens, everything will be okay.
Try looking just over the heads of the audience. You will appear to be looking at them. If you make a mistake, KEEP GOING. Act like it didn't happen and just continue. It is probable that no one even noticed, but if you make a big deal about it, the audience will remember that. If you get to the point where you're so scared that you think you're about to cry or something, just crack a joke to lighten it up. The best thing you can do to overcome stage fright or any other phobia is to practice doing it, as often as possible. Start out small, and perform in front of a small group of friends, and keep doing until you're comfortable doing it in front of larger crowds.
If you're acting in a play, don't tell the audience you're nervous. Some people will tell you to focus on "one person you know or trust" in the audience. You should not do this because first of all, you aren't always going to have that option, and second, it makes that person feel really uncomfortable.

Did you know that 90% of our NUTRITIONAL ENERGY comes from oxygen and ONLY 10% is derived from ingested food? Basically, your body starves without oxygen. It is one of the most basic needs.Oxygen plays a significant role in sustaining the natural immortality factor of the cell. It has a policing role that naturally oxidizes bacteria, fungi and viruses. Oxygen is also necessary to burn up toxins in the body that we generate internally and those that come from sources in our food (especially junk food), water and environment.
That is why many athletes and fitness enthusiasts uses portable canned oxygen for recreational.Oxygen is the most important nutrient to the cells in your body and plays an integral role in almost every bodily function. You can live without food for weeks, without water for days, but only a few minutes without oxygen. With out oxygen, you will suffer from poor brain function, poor physical performance, headaches and dizziness, fatigue and depression, poor immune function and many more.
Try pure oxygen in a can to build up your energy and get in shape. It is safe. by using canned oxygen will allow you to train harder, train longer and recover faster.
Portable Canned oxygen for sports, it is great for stress, hang over, altitude sickness and for jet lag. Order oxygen in can and get your self in better performance. The best source for sports oxygen that I have found is www.oxygen4energy.com.

Caring for combination skin needn't be a chore. Adopt a routine and follow it through.
A simple morning skincare routine should include a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. This is to be done first thing in the morning and doesn't require a great effort. If you have specific skin complaints e.g. blemishes you may add products to combat these as required. After this you may then put on your make up. In the evening before bed it is important you remove your make up before following a skincare routine. This will provide your skincare products with a clean face with which to work. Follow your skincare routine as before, again adding products as required. Repeat daily.
Select your skincare products carefully. Many are designed specifically for combination skin and it is worth reading reviews and trying samples before committing yourself. Sales assistants working at beauty counters in department stores can advise you which products will work best for your skin type, they can also confirm your skin type if you are in doubt. Once you have adopted a skincare routine, stick to it. Many products need time and may not work straight away. If you react to anything discontinue use immediately and seek advise. Certain brands design make up with a specific skin type in mind so take care to select products for your type.
Do not take advice from sales assistants alone, try products and read reviews.

So your kid, or your niece or nephew, or your friend's kid, needs to clean their room, and either they just sit in there and play or watch TV, or complain that they "don't know how"? Well, here's how to get them motivated.
Ask the child to identify the largest thing in the room which is out of place. They might not select the largest thing, but chances are they will go for something big. A stuffed animal, a truck, a dollhouse, something like that. Ask them where it goes. Tell them to move it there. If something's there, have them move the offending item toward the center of the room. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 until the room is clean.
This method works in mathematics. No matter how messy a room is, it starts out mostly clean. The furniture is where it's supposed to be, and that probably takes up 20-30% of floor space. After only a few of the biggest things are put away you will start to see improvements. (More importantly, the kid will too, and it will boost their self confidence.) This is also a game of speed, in a manner of speaking. Keep the flow going. After a toy is put away, immediately grab the next one.
If there are two or more kids, start off having them take turns. If they don't take turns well, they're likely competitive. Make it seem like a game, but at the end, when they want to know who "won", tell them they both won because their room is clean. If there are two or more kids and two or more rooms, do not separate them. Have both/all kids work on the messiest room first. When that room is clean, move onto the next. The reason is because the kids you're not supervising will come watch and will distract the kid you're working with. Besides, as long as they all get along relatively well, they'll work faster as a team than individually. Sacrifice speed for cooperation. If you have two kids who want to share in the effort of moving one toy, allow it. It's better to allow them to work together than to encourage them to compete or work separate, even if they get a little less done. They'll work faster together later.
Turn off their TV, radio, and/or stereo. Game systems should not be on, either. For best results, these should not be heard from another room, either; they will be a distraction. Only allow a light and fan or heater, as far as electronic devices. Bring in a box, and for every toy you don't see the child playing with on a regular basis, ask them how often they play with the toy. If they can't remember, explain that some children don't have toys and they could make another child happy. If they're willing to surrender the toy, put it in the box and take it to Goodwill or the Salvation Army. (Granted, they'll sell it, rather than give it away, but they'll sell it cheap and the money will go to a good cause.)
Also bring a bag, and if the item selected is trash, have the kid throw it out. Buy long and wide but low plastic containers (e.g. Rubbermaid) which will slide under the bed. Use these for small toys such as blocks and action figures or dolls. If your child does not want to neatly display their toys, they can round them up and throw them in this container. Stow it under the bed, out of sight. Ensure that toys are not left in the hamper or basket. (Bonus tip, put an air freshener stick-on under the lid or whatever - kids' dirty clothes can smell as bad as adults'!) Also to keep the pace up, have the kid throw dirty clothes on the floor at, rather than into, a hamper - they can be picked up and put in the hamper later when they're all in one place. Reward the kid or kids with at least a thank you when they're done. Everyone likes to feel their work is appreciated.
If your spouse or sibling or friend or other caretaker of the child realizes how effective you were in getting your/their child to clean their room, you might be asked to help more often. Never, ever actually help the child. They are clever and may take their time with one toy, and then ask you to put away the next-largest thing. Before long, they will be watching you do all the work.

Don't have a rice cooker? No problem! Here's a simple way to cook tasty and healthy rice.
== == Steps ==
1. Put one cup of white basmati rice in a medium-size sauce pan.
2. Add 4 cups of water to the rice and put the pan on the stove.
3. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
4. Add additional water to keep the water-level above the rice.
5. Test the rice periodically till desired tenderness is reached and the grains have become longer.
6. Place a medium size colander in the kitchen sink and drain the rice by pouring the contents of the pan into the colander.
7. Shake the colander to dislodge remaining water and place in a serving dish.
8. Your rice is ready for eating! ==
Remember to turn the stove off before you remove the rice for draining.
The ratio of rice to water is 1:4.
A dab of butter can be dissolved in the rice just prior to draining. This enhances the flavor of the rice.
Please do not waste the excess liquid by draining in the sink. You can make a healthy drink which is considered to be natural coolant. Add a little powdered cardamom for flavor and a pinch of salt to taste and mix well and serve hot or cold.
Don't ruin your meal by forgetting about the rice while it is cooking. A low water level can cause it to dry out.

How many times have you seen ads in the paper for ridiculously low prices on bulk ground beef, then asked yourself, "What am I going to do with a 5, 10 or 15 pounds of ground meat"? You can always throw the 5 lb bag of ground meat in the freezer, which is fine as long as you remember to get it out four days before you are going to use it. This article will describe a better way--repackaging the meat into smaller portions. If you portion them into 1 quart zip lock bags and make them about one inch (2.5cm) thick, they will thaw out in no time.
Label the bags according to the predicted amount of meat that will be in each one. For example, if you had 6+ lbs of meat you probably want to label five with "1 lb 85% lean Ground Beef". (The last one can be labeled after it's weighed.) Date the bags as well, if you want. Label the bags prior to filling. Sharpies and other markers won't write on cold or wet bags.Grab a wad of burger, put it in the bag, and set it on the scale. Add a little more, or take some away, until you reach 1 lb (or so).Pack and flatten the meat into the bag, and squeeze all the air out of the bag. This makes for easy thawing later. It also cuts down on freezer burn. Put the remaining meat in the last bag, weigh it, label the bag, and pop it into the freezer with the others. Stack bags neatly in freezer to minimize space.
Use rubber gloves. Get out there and stock up your freezer with bargain basement meat! The easiest way to flatten the meat is to seal the zip top all but a little, then press the bag between the counter and a book or a cutting board, then seal the bag. This gets the air out and makes a nice, flat, stackable package. The meat will freeze faster if you spread them out in the freezer. Make sure they are lying flat so that you can stack them up after they are frozen. If you place the bags in a bowl of water up to the zipper portion, it will push the air out
Wash your hands before you start.
Wash your hands when done.
Use common raw meat precautions.

Ever had an interest in meditation but never really knew how to make it more than just an interest? I'd like to try and help you. Simply follow the simple steps below and you'll be well on your way to great meditation success.
To begin meditating you just need an easy, basic meditation program to introduce you to the benefits of meditation. You need an alert mind to make the most of meditation so you need to be free of alcohol or non prescribed drugs for at least 24 hours. Wait 2 hours after a full meal or an hour after a snack or a caffeine drink before meditating, as the digestive system can be very distracting. If you smoke it is best to wait for roughly thirty minutes before meditating. You need to make sure you have some peace and quiet around you when you first begin learning to meditate. This is critical to your success. Make sure all phones are turned off/disconnected or turned to silent. A scented candle, a bouquet of flowers or something else pleasing to you can be great little touches to enhance your first meditation. This can make coming out of meditation a beautiful thing! Dim your lights or turn them off if you are going to use candles. You don't want to come out of your meditation session into bright light. Use a straight backed chair to sit upright or use some cushions/pillows to support your back and head.
Finally remove your shoes and loosen any tight clothing so you are comfortable You need to try and keep focused while meditating, if thoughts enter your mind, don't worry about them or focus on them, just let them float out of your mind again. Never expect too much. Many people get disheartened with meditation because they expect immediate results. Meditation is a marathon not a sprint, always remember that. Practice and persevere and you will gain the benefits of meditation Try to always leave three to four hours between meditation sessions.
Make sure that your cell is set to silent. You don't want it interrupting your meditation session.Be wary of any organization asking you for large amounts of money upfront to learn meditation. Many people don't know any better and can end up paying thousands of dollars to learn to meditate, when they could just as easily learn exactly the same method free of charges. You should keep an open mind and be aware that meditation is not a religion and you don’t need a guru to learn meditation.
Things You'll Need
Above all else you'll need peace and quiet! A straight backed chair or cushions/pillows. Maybe a sign outside your door to make people aware that you are meditating and should not be disturbed.

To get your web page onto the Internet, you'll to need to find some reliable web hosting. And exactly what is website hosting?
A web host is a company that has computers that are hooked up to the Internet 24/7. These computers are called servers and they are assigned IP numbers in order that they may be found by other computers hooked up to the Internet. It is on these servers that all your web files are stored, be they HTML files (web pages), graphic files, CSS files, Java scripts or whatever.
Basically what happens is when you type a web address into the address bar of your browser and then hit Go, your browser sends out a request to 'get' that web page. The request travels across the Internet to the appropriate web server and attempts to locate the web page on that server. If the request is successful (web page exists) then that web page will load (or download) into your web browser.
These web hosting servers that store and serve up web pages to the Internet cost money to set up, configure and maintain and thus web hosting providers that own these servers typically charge you a monthly or yearly fee to, at the very least.
Allow you to save your web files to their web server, called uploading.Perpetually be ready to serve them up to the Internet, make available for downloading.
Web hosting has become a very competitive business and, in order to entice more customers to sign up with them, web hosts now offer all kinds of bells and whistles to the deals or web hosting packages they make available.
When you purchase a web hosting, make you will get the reliable one. Web Hosting Geeks is cheap professional web hosting services under $10 a month, all web hosting plans include at least one free domain name registration and 30 day money back guarantee. If you are planning to get your own domain and web hosting, the web hosting geeks is the best place for you. It's cheap the rating is high and it's chosen as the best web hosting of the month. It is difficult to comfort a friend who has one serious ailment, but when they already have Multiple Sclerosis, and now have been diagnosed as having Cancer, it is very difficult for them to accept. At this time, they need the closeness of a friend to offer them comfort and understanding. Just being there for them, talking to them can be what will pull them through this difficult moment in their lives.
smiles when you visit.Visit often. Visiting is a form of physical contact, like hand holding or hugging, which are also recommended. Talk about good things. Take them out for the day. Do not focus on disease processes or the loss of independence, unless they would like to talk or vent their feelings. Talk about the flowers, family and friends, what your friend ate for breakfast. Read to your friend, the newspaper, the Bible, poetry, whatever your friend prefers.
Don't talk about anything. Be there. Hold your friend's hand while he or she is sleeping. Watch a movie together. Listen to music. Don't brush aside or dismiss your friend's fears. He or she has a potentially fatal disease. It is normal to be afraid. Listen to him or her and don't say things like, "Oh, you'll be alright" or "Don't be afraid" or "So-and-so had the same thing, and they are fine now." While this may be true, your friend may feel that you are minimizing their condition and denying their feelings of fear. Bring small gifts. Ask if you can bring anything special. You are also offering the gift of your time. Say uplifting things about your relationship that are hard to say. "I want you to know that I will be there for you through anything you face." or "I love you and I always will."
Faith may be important in your friend's life. Talk about it. Everyone prays differently. Some talk directly to God. Others pray silently. You might pray in Hebrew, Arabic, or another language of your religion. Maybe you are an atheist. If that be the case, thoughts of, "I hope ______ gets better soon!" is good enough for anyone. Ask your friend and his or her family if there is anything that you can do before you leave. Offer to wash the dishes or clean the litter box, etc. Don't patronize or belittle your friend.Make the most of every moment. Look for daily blessings and simple pleasures.
Always show respect and dignity, to your friend and to his or her family. If your friend is too tired or sick to visit, do not wear them out. If your friend would benefit from pain management, ask the family to consider hospice.

We all want to keep our minds sharp and fresh. By working to keep your mind sharp, you can improve your attitude. Nothing angers a person more than not being able to remember important things or events. By having a sharp mind you can figure situations out better and make wiser decisions. Choose your friends wisely. Having a good sharp mind can improve your life all the way around, so keep that mind active! There are numerous ways to keep your mind sharp while keeping a good, well-rounded attitude.
Heed this next statement: No matter how sharp a mind you may have, no one can remember everything. Therefore, don't beat yourself up trying. Learning to write things down helps. Everyone has some type of special talent, so find out what yours is and use it. Be open to trying different things. You could find a hidden talent that you are not aware of. Maintain a regular exercise program. It will help to relieve tension. Relieving tension alone can improve your thought patterns. The less tension that you have the sharper your mind will become. You will begin to develop a better attitude as time goes on. You should find a program that works for you. Some people find that writing poetry can be relaxing plus it is a great way to express yourself. Not everyone writes poetry so find your own mode of self expression. Try sewing, playing a musical instrument, or gardening. You are never too old to learn. Don't let learning stop just because you're out of school. Go to your local library to gain more knowledge. It is a great place to relax, gather thoughts, and focus on studying. If you have any spare time, carry a book over to the park or stop in at a family restaurant. It all aids in building a sharper better mind, and improves your attitude.
You should treat yourself as well as you treat others. It will improve the way you think. You will be a happier individual with a sharper mind and better attitude. Try buying yourself a small gift while out shopping for others. It is always good to give, and being generous is nice, but charity should begin at home. Remember, too, that generosity involves more than just material things and satisfaction is not achieved by consumption.Figure out for yourself the true meaning of what is important in life. In doing so you will build a sharper mind and a better attitude. For where others may have failed and so never know the true meaning, you may succeed. Search deep inside for your inner self. You are truly blessed if you have common sense. There is nothing like good old common sense, for without it how can you possibly achieve having a sharp mind?
Use your mind more instead of using a calculator or adding machine. This is to say, especially, on simple things that you can easily total up in your head or on a piece of paper. Many people haven't done long division since grade school; give it a try sometime. Stay focused on making your own decisions. Don't let other people try to make decisions for you. Be firm about speaking for yourself. And don't be afraid of expressing your opinion. Everyone has an opinion and the right to have one. Who knows, your opinion may catch on. You should jog, run, ski, play ball, fish, write, garden, or whatever makes you happy. Doing things that you enjoy will help you to keep your mind fresh and clear and your attitude at its best. Learn some basic memory techniques. To start off with, you could find some books written by Tony Buzan or Dominic O'Brien: both of them are top people in the memory world.

f you're always getting distracted when trying to get things done here are some tips for you.
Make it clear to yourself what you need to get done. It might be finishing your homework, doing your chores, studying, etc.If you get distracted finishing your homework, then make a game out of it, or give yourself a treat after completing it. If you get distracted doing your chores, and you have other siblings, make a game out of it by seeing who can do their chore the fastest. If you get distracted while studying, make it more fun by studying with other people, but make sure you still study. Figure out what is distracting you. Is it friends, TV, food? Get rid of the distractions! Tell whomever is distracting you politely that you need to get something done. If you are a muncher and food has your attention, chew some gum. That way, you are munching on something without having to continually eat. Catch yourself in the act of bad habits!
If you are addicted to television, dedicate yourself to one show only. That way, if it's the day before a test, you can still watch TV and study without feeling like there is something you NEED to watch. Designate a place, a room, somewhere free of clutter and a clean workspace. A good place would be your room and a desk. Every other day, rid your desk of clutter so you have a mess-free workplace. Keep your desk away from your window, and make sure you have a lot of light. Start meditation. Meditation helps in building the concentration and focus to the work we do like study, etc. Only meditate when you don't have anything really important you need to do. Avoid stress. Sometimes, stress causes a decline in concentration.
If a place is too loud, get some earplugs. REMEMBER: Ear plugs can be useful, but never have them in your ears if you are babysitting or in class. Kids need to be watched carefully and a teacher might try to get your attention. Try "bribing" yourself. Set something in front that is distracting you, and promise yourself you can have it when your work is done. (Ex. if you are being distracted by food, set some in front of you and tell yourself, I can eat it once I'm done with my work; or, if you are being distracted by music, set a CD or MP3 in front of you and tell yourself the same thing.) This will require some self-restraint, but it will work.
if you do this when somebody is home, there is more likely a chance that they will come up to your quiet place to ask you a question or just be making noise in general.

Tired of feeling non-productive? Day after day and you feel like all you're doing is spinning your wheels? Follow these steps to get out of that frustrating cycle.
Prepare Lunch.Lay out the clothes you will need for the next day. Prepare a lunch or breakfast waiting to grab out of the fridge. Just look at the scrumptious meal pictured! Tidy up a bit. This step shouldn't take more than 2-3 minutes per room of your house. This is not the time to start a major cleaning project, just pick up the socks and underwear and be done with it. Go to sleep in plenty of time to feel refreshed in the morning.
Make your bed.A Neat Bed.Pull out anything you need to thaw for dinner (don't forget side dishes). If something needs to be put in the crock pot, now is the time to do it. Make an effort to grab garbage out of the car and throw it away on your way into work. Leave the house early enough to arrive at work a few minutes ahead of time. This will assure you have a bit of time to settle in before your day begins.
Cleaned the Desk.Create or review your to-do list of what has to be done for the day.Prioritize your list by order of importance. Monitor the tasks you engage throughout the day in which you are to be spending time on during the working or schooling day and keep a log of such information to help you identify areas in which you can cut down on time that may be wasted in non-productive persuit either in the workplace or the schoolplace. This can be accomplished quite easily and with little effort with the help of Chess Clocks sitting on, or near to, your work area or desk where you spend most of your time employed. Complete your to-do's, crossing them off as you go. Re-prioritize as needed or as new projects come up. Tidy your desk before you leave. Prepare your work area for the next day.
Relax for a bit, knowing you had a productive day at work.Make supper, if needed. A Neat Table.A Neat Table.Serve and eat dinner. Plan your morning routine. Do this by reviewing your calendar to see what's coming up the next day and by making a to-do list as suggested in the tips. Tuck in anyone that needs to be tucked in. Start over with step 1 under "Before Bed" to assure you have another productive day tomorrow.
Here's a tip to prioritize lists: red or "A" equals "Must be done today", yellow or "B" is "Must get done some time this week", green or "C" is "Must get done eventually." or "Not due this week, but it still must be done." Then leave the rest uncolored or unlettered for stuff like "Maybes" and "Eventually some time but not in the near future." By prioritizing your day you can finish the urgent tasks first. This will allow you to handle those "emergency" situations that will inevitably pop up without having them throw your entire schedule off. While working on your to-do list, don't forget to add things you want to do as well as what you must do. Include things that will help you obtain goals as well.Clipping out articles and pictures of magazines is a great way to come up with ideas on how to do things not only more effectively, but to have more fun as well. A simple 3 ring binder with dividers and page protectors can help keep all of these ideas in one place.
Put statements of productive conditions on small index cards (desk is clean and neat, bed is made, clothes are set up for tomorrow, bills are current, laundry is done, next meal is organized, dishes are done). Keep the cards handy and shuffled. Each day go through the condition cards, placing them into two piles: "done" and "need to be done." Complete the need to be done cards. Getting all the cards in the done pile is quite reinforcing. After a while, you will learn these conditions nearly automatically. Make sure to remain flexible in your plans. Stay calm and collected. You mustn't feel rushed.Take some time for yourself to just do something you enjoy. Call a friend and talk, breathe deeply and simply, or take a nature walk. Enjoy these moments that may boost up your energy and motivation levels.

Okay, so your birthday is coming, and you don't know what exactly what you want. So just follow this advice, and you might be able to find what you want.
Ask your friends what they really think you would like. Got anything broken? Well, you can always get a new one! Think about your collections...are there things you're missing? Imagine how it might feel to have the perfect life. Compare it to your life and figure out what's missing!Ask to go on a vacation (from your parents of course) anywhere will as long as you like that place you ask to go!Watch television- there's always a guarantee that paid programs and commercials advertising cool toys (etc..) will show up!Think about what your friends have,(which your secretly jealous of) and ask for a better version!
Look in the past and see if there were any wishes you wanted and didn't get. Maybe you could get 'em now!Go through magazines. I assure you you'll find a magazine with the most beautiful present ever! Ask your parents or grand-parents for it. (that is, if you want it of course). While in a store ask your mom or dad if you could maybe look in the toy, electronic or clothes department. See if you like something and say you'll meet them somewhere once your done. Then ask 'em for it!(I've done that a million times, it works)
* Ask your friends, family, etc.
* Really think and brainstorm hard.
* Don't think about it too hard...a surprise is always nice.
* Go with what you want and not what someone else tells you would be a good idea
* Make a list of what you want, and then give it to your family.
If you want something, don't pressure people into buying it, especially if it is expensive. They might not be able to afford it or they might have already bought you a gift.

Stop Being Bossy
Wednesday, March 18, 2009
Do you find yourself being too overbearing? Does no one want to be your partner in work or school projects because you tend to dominate everything? The following steps will help you get to the core of why you're so bossy in the first place, and how you can break the habit.
Let go of perfectionism. Sometimes we're bossy because we want things done right, and there's nothing wrong with striving for a job well done, is there? The thing is, there's more than one way to achieve a good result, and just because your way is the most efficient way to get from Point A to Point B doesn't mean it's the best way. By assuming your way is the best way, you lock out the creativity of others, and you also chip away at morale. Both of these things are limiting factors in the long run, and that's not a good result. Be patient. When you're used to being in the role of leader (or dictator or tyrant, in the eyes of others) it can be excruciating to step aside and wait for someone else to step up, and even more torturous to watch them fumble at a task that you can accomplish so quickly and easily. But what's the rush? Will it really be the end of the world if things don't go as smoothly as planned? Relax. Take a deep breath. Wait.
Invest in people. Many bossy people focus their attention on incompetence, and they fail to notice potential and progress. Try to be more alert to people's individual talents. Give positive feedback. Lots of it. Don't just see people as tools, as a means to an end, as machines. In order for people to think for themselves, they need to learn, and in order to learn, sometimes we need to make mistakes. Trust them, and give them a fair margin of error. Let them know that you're there to help, but don't watch over their shoulders or take over their tasks. Improve your communication skills. Many times it's not what you say that comes off as bossy, it's how you say it. Your tone and phrasing can make a person feel like an incompetent cog in a machine, or it can make them feel like you're inviting them to reach a worthwhile goal with you. Learn How to Practice Nonviolent Communication and How to Give a Feedback Sandwich.
Strive for consensus. Nothing fosters team-building like consensus-building. Even though it's more time-consuming than democratic voting (i.e. majority rules), the consensus process is more likely to result in all parties reaching common ground. You can be a facilitator, ensuring that everyone's opinion is heard, and that a decision is made that is satisfactory to everyone involved. Ask for honest feedback. Explain to people that you know you can come off as bossy or domineering sometimes, and you'd like to change your style. Ask them to let you know when you're coming off as bossy, whether by pulling you aside, or even by sending you an anonymous note or e-mail. Be humble and request their help.
Being bossy does not necessarily make you a good boss. Following the steps in How to Be a Good Boss does.In some cases, when you stop being bossy, you may find that people who once seemed to like you no longer do so. This is not because you are in any way less appealing, but simply because you do not frighten them any more. Give up bossiness at your own risk.

Tips for shopping for your prom dress including fitting and alterations.
1. Do your research! When prom gets close there are lots of magazines like Seventeen and Lucky that have alot of ads for prom dresses. The Internet is a good place to look too! Even if you don't find what you're looking for at least you will have some ideas about what type of dress you want.
2. Pick dresses a size larger than normal. Prom dresses run at least one size smaller, just like wedding gowns.
3. Keep an open mind. Try on lots of different styles of dresses. You might love a dress you never thought you'd wear.
4. Try it on; dresses look better on you than on the hanger.
5. Listen to the opinions of your mom and/or friends as to what styles and colors look good on you. Just because you like the dress in an ad doesn’t mean it’s the dress for you.
6. Let the salesperson help you try on the dresses. They help you zip and lace up the dresses, hang them back up and save you time shopping.
7. Listen to the salesperson’s ideas because they know which body type the dresses look good on. They know which styles are hot and which styles have a great fit.
8. Let your friends know which dress you buy so that they will be able choose another style. There’s no way to guarantee that you’ll be the only one at prom with your dress since girls buy from bridal shops in neighboring towns and also online.
9. Start shopping in January or February when the selection of prom dresses is the largest. Buy your dress a couple of months before your prom to have lots of time for alterations.
10. Be okay with change. Almost every prom dress will need some alterations for a perfect fit. Always buy your prom shoes before your alteration appointment so the dress can hemmed to correct length.
11. Consider buying your accessories and shoes at the time you buy your dress. You'll have the dress on when trying on jewelry and shoes so you can see the complete look before you buy.
12. Being more expensive doesn't always mean better, especially when you have a budget to meet. Try online prom dress stores that offer surprisingly affordable prom dresses or auction site eBay.

Decided to pretend you're French? Or maybe you are just looking for something to do on a bet.
Find somewhere you can get Escargot. A fancy restaurant downtown, or something similar. Order the Escargot. Some facilities might have different flavors or types of snails. Garlic, butter, spicy, all sorts. If you are squeamish at the idea of snails, but still want to try them, pretend they are small pieces of pork. The texture is not that odd, but it can be disturbing for first-timers. Sometimes escargot are served in an odd-looking plate. It is ceramic, with small, escargot shaped indentations in it. The snails are placed in these indentations with a sauce, or liquid of sorts. Use a fork to eat them, not your hands. Using your hands is impolite, and frowned upon. Chew, and swallow. If you have friends or family with you, comment on the taste. Enjoy the rest of your meal!
Have water on hand, in case you do not like the taste.Snails are not often eaten, so if you have an allergy to them, you might not know. Be careful in general when eating new foods, especially in foreign places. Cooked escargot can be hot, watch your tongue.

Tri Tip or Whole Bottom Sirloin is a tasty cowboy beef dish that is incredibly easy to cook.
1. Buy 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. of Tri Tip. You can get it under plastic in roughly triangular shaped chunks at the supermarket or have a butcher cut it off special.
2. Grill it hot. For a charcoal grill, lower the grill to the flame. For gas grill turn the flame up high. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes, then flip the Tri-Tip and cook for another five minutes (6-10 minutes total).
3. Cook it slow. For charcoal grills raise the grill up about halfway up and cover if you have a cover. For gas grills lower the flame about halfway and cover. Do this for 10 minutes, then flip the Tri-Tip and cook for another 10 minutes (20 minutes total). It will come out medium to medium rare. Cook less for rarer, more for medium or well-done.
4. Remove Tri Tip from grill and place on serving platter. Tent with foil and allow the steak to rest for 5-10 minutes.
5. Cut the Tri Tip into thin serving slices. Tri Tip has a "grain" like wood and you must cut across the grain. it. If you cut with the grain it will be stringy and tough to chew.
6. Serve with your favorite sides. Tex-Mex flavors like beans, corn, and salsa are good choices.
Butchers will understand "Whole Bottom Sirloin" in places they don't understand "Tri Tip". Use your favorite marinade for 2-24 hours before cooking for more tender and flavorful Tri-tip.For apartment bound chefs, Tri Tip can be cooked on the George Foreman Electric Grills. Plop the Tri Tip on there, close it, and cook for 30 minutes. Watch the grill carefully when using European versions. Leftover Tri Tip slices make great sandwich fixings. Use quality bread, cheese, mayo, and mustard.Be careful when cooking over an open flame.
Things You'll Need
Pan or Ziploc-style bag for marinade

Here's an easy 3-step recipe for making gravy using beef drippings or just beef base.
1. Take any beef drippings(optional) and bring them to a boil with 1 cup of water and 1 tsp of beef base.
2. Mix 1 C of cold water with 3 Tbsp of flour, then add to the boiling beef stock while slowly stirring.
3. Heat on low until desired consistency is achieved.
Add some pepper or other seasonings to create a unique taste.Burnt gravy is very hard to get out of pans. Use beef base and not beef bouillon cubes. When buying beef base, make sure the first ingredient listed is beef, not salt. Bouillon cubes are primarily just salt.
Things You'll Need:
beef drippings (optional)
2 cups water
3 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon beef base

How to Budget Your Money
Sunday, March 15, 2009
Before you can do any financial planning, it is important to examine your income and your expenses. When you spend more than you earn, you are heading for financial disaster. Calculate every cent you spend daily, no matter how small it is.
Calculate your regular income. Count income from wages, tips, interest on savings, child support payments, and any other source of income. Include that of your spouse also. Also consider more variable sources of income. Do you receive regular overtime or a large bonus? Is it guaranteed? Can you calculate average amounts by using past bank statements or pay slips? Try to be accurate and get to an average 'net' (after taxes) income.
Identify your expenses. First identify your large, predictable expenses. For most people these will be housing, taxes, insurance premiums, and utilities. Then for at least one month, record every daily expense no matter how small the amount. Save all receipts and expenses for one month. Ideally, you need to carry around a pen and small pad with you for one full month. Write down every amount you spend, what it is for and where you spend it. Many people underestimate these small but frequent expenses if they don't keep careful records. Also try to estimate a budget for large, infrequent expenses. These are things like house repairs, insurance deductables, and purchases like cars and computers. Convert these from estimates like $12000 every 10 years, to $1200 per year or $100 per month so you can compare them with the other expenses and income. Compare income to expenses. Money coming in (income) and money going out (expenses). If your expenses are more than income, you need to take action! Which of the expenses identified above will be easiest to reduce?Pay off debt and build savings. It is important that you commit to eliminating your debt as it will be difficult at first, but will get easier.
Don't rush budgeting. You need to figure out exactly where your money is being spent the most.If you find your expenses are extremely high, compared to your income, you have to cut back on some unnecessary spending. Very few people ever bother to budget, which is why so many people are in debt. Few really realize just how much they spend on worthless expenses. Try to categorize your fixed expenses (e.g., those expenses that don't change from month to month, like a mortgage or car payment) and your variable expenses (e.g., those expenses that can go up or down, like your utilities or mobile phone bill that depend on your usage). Since hidden or unmanaged variable expenses can eat away at your income, those might be good candidates for categories to monitor.
You can also use the Internet to help you budget your money. Mint.com offers free budgeting web services that enable you to track all of your spending by downloading all of the transactions for you and categorizing your spend. To compute after tax income, try to estimate your actual tax liability from previous tax returns. Do not rely on your employer's withholding as an accurate estimate of actual taxes owed. Live beneath your means - do not overspend. Be careful about how much you spend on your everyday expenses. You may want to write down everything you spend in a month. Keep all your receipts for the month and then calculate to see how much you are really spending when you run out to the store to pick up some quick items.

Want to be green/

Want to be green? Have you ever wondered how to live with less? These sufficient and versatile possessions may help you to reconsider your purchases.
Choose to use a laptop for media. Adjust to being paperless.Choose minimal furniture. Assemble a 3’ x 7’ shelf to use as a window seat during the day and as a bed at night. Choose a roll-up cushion, sleeping bag and pillow for bedding. Store your laptop, clothing, bedding, linen and kitchen items beneath the shelf. Cut a slotted handle in the side of a cardboard box for easy pull-out storage. Cover the storage area with a curtain of recycled fabric, if desired. Choose a floor cushion to sit upon while dining at the shelf or when using the shelf as a desk. Recycle your favorite fabrics when assembling your cushion. Store your bedding in the floor cushion during the day. Choose minimal clothing. Select seven versatile outfits, a hooded coat and gloves. Use an envelope as a wallet. Select three types of footwear to include boots, shoes and sneakers. Hang your coat near the door on a simple hook. Choose minimal cosmetic care to include a mirror, comb and toothbrush.
Choose minimal linen to include three bath, hand, face and kitchen towels. Hang your towels on simple hooks. Choose minimal kitchen items. Use a portable stove top, one large knife, a deep frying pan to steam or sauté veggies, medium and large pots as mixing bowls, a colander and a spatula to stir and serve. Use a bowl for meals, a mug as a ladle or to measure, a fork as a whisk and a spoon to measure. Dry dishes on a towel. Use a towel as a potholder. Reuse a jar for food storage or as a vase to hold utensils or flowers. Create counter space by placing a large cutting board over the top of an under-counter fridge. Choose an under-counter washer/dryer-in-one and a clothes drying rack. Use a towel over the counter to iron to eliminate the need for an ironing board. Use one hanger by ironing your outfit the night before.
When deciding upon the height of the shelf, consider the thickness of a cushion and room for your knees. Place storage boxes about one foot from the edge of the shelf to allow for your knees to fit under the shelf while sitting on a cushion. As an option in the kitchen area, create counter space by placing a large cutting board over the top of a washer/dryer-in-one and place a small fridge beneath the kitchen sink.
If you desire window curtains, consider the simple beauty of a valance and the versatility of blinds. These ideas save money and eliminate the need to have a bedroom set, living room set, dining room set, office furniture, multiple kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets and closets. These ideas eliminate the need to have an extensive wardrobe, jewelry or cosmetics. This allows you to live comfortably in one room. Take good care of the things you have to prevent future purchases. Accoummodate these basic ideas for a child's room storing a laptop, bedding, clothing and toys beneath the shelf. Ensure the strength and stability of the shelf in reference to your weight.

Make Up for Forgetting Someone's Birthday
Friday, March 13, 2009
Our current time is full of so much stress and work, it's no surprise that someone might forget a friend's birthday.
Relax. Once you remember their birthday, don't panic. Take deep breaths.Call some friends. They should help you and give you advice. Make sure you call people who know the person of who's birthday you missed.
Schedule to hangout with the friend. If they are staying at home, try to get them out of the house. Some good ideas are seeing a movie, going shopping, or just hanging out.
Don't bake a cake. If you are a fairly good cook, you can try baking one. If you have never touched a spatula in your life, don't try. Instead, order one from the nearest bakery.
Buy things that the friend likes. You can get them their favorite candy, an extra gift, or anything you think they might enjoy.
Give them what you've bought. Apologize for missing their birthday, and hand them the gifts. Hopefully they'll accept your apology, and you'll be good to go!
If you remember it and have no time to buy gifts, simply apologize to the person and try to hang out with them to make up for it.
If your friend doesn't accept your apology, don't get angry. You did miss their birthday, which is an important time for anyone. Let them sleep on it and apologize later. However, don't pester them.

How to Stay Awake During a Seminar or Long Presentation
Thursday, March 12, 2009
Okay, those of you who know you have a super-long presentation to listen to, here's the perfect ways to stay awake, excuses, etc.!
If you are younger and have school, the night before you must make sure to get some good rest. Go to bed earlier than your usual 10 or later. If you are older and have a job and must listen to someone give a presentation at a meeting, make sure you too get rest, no movie night or anything. In the morning, make sure to wash your face so you look clean and happy to listen to the speech, even when you're not. Now, after your long, relaxing sleep, do your usual routine that you do in the morning, EXCEPT...instead of coffee on your way to work, buy some energy drinks instead, one or two cans usually work.
Okay, you've drunk the energy drinks and now you are going into work (or school). If you are older and have relatives or kids, say to the boss and the presenter that you had to take (insert relative/child's name here) to the Emergency Room at around 1:00 in the morning, so if I look a bit drowsy, it's not you, it's just that. :) This should cover, just in case the drink didn't work. They'll most likely believe that. Actually, most bosses will! :)
Now if you are a kid and need to listen to a super long speech, drink your favorite type of sugary drink or energy drink in the morning. That should keep you awake. If that doesn't cover you, than tell your teacher that last night you were up finishing a project or homework, then tell them, "If i look a little tired, it's just because of that. :) Now time for the energy drinks to really kick in. When you are actually listening to the presentation, you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO KNOW WHAT IT'S ABOUT!!
Know what the presentation's about just in case there are quizzes on it, or questions. Say a presentation is on, 'The economy and politics of Russia,' or something like that. Now that you know what it is about, you don't have to pay much attention to the whole thing. Okay, now the energy drinks will help you at least stay awake and then at the end they should be working great and when the presentation is done, you will have energy and give a standing ovation. Then usually everyone else will join.
Oh, if you have to sit on the floor or a hard chair, make sure to take some Advil before you leave for school or work. :) GOOD LUCK! These will most likely work too!
Kids, make sure you are old enough to drink energy drinks. AND get your parent's permission before buying them. Sorry to be all parental on you, but it's definitely a good idea, so you won't get grounded :) Adults, if you hate energy drinks and prefer coffee, get a black coffee or some type of coffee drink that will give you a energy boost! Also, when you are telling your teacher or boss those things, make sure you sound convincing. If you are a bad liar, then I recommend rubbing your eyes while talking so the teacher or boss can see you're clearly tired. That way, (since some people can tell another is lying because of shifty eyes) they can't see any shifty eyes.
There aren't any dangers, except that if the boss or teacher can tell you're lying, like if you didn't have a lot of homework that night, she might get you in trouble. BUT then you can stand up for yourself and say, "How can she/he decide if I'm lying?"
Warning, if you overdose on energy drinks, that's not good at all for your body and also, if the presentation wasn't that good, then you'll be giving a standing ovation for NOTHING!
