This massaging cream is simple and easy to make. If you've got sore knees, you can use this. But this is only to be used when you're having a bath, so that you can wash it off. Follow these instructions so that you can have some in no time!
1. Wash your hands. You always have to wash your hands before you do anything with soap.
2. If you have one of those shower cream containters that you can push down, push it about twice (you have to make a little bit at a time). If you don't have one of those, pour a small circle of soap as big as a 50 cent coin into your hand.
3. Rub your hands together. Rub, rub, rub until it creates this creamy soapy stuff that's really white.
4. Use one hand to scoop all of the cream out of the other hand, then wash the hand you just scooped out of (not the one you used to scoop, since that has the cream on it).
5. Use your clean hand to get a spoon and scoop up the cream in your other hand and put it into your box or the thing you're going to use to put your massaging cream in.
6. Follow the same procedure as many times as you like until you are happy with the amount of massaging cream.
7. Place it next to your other soap and things in your shower. Massage those sore knees!
If you don't want to use that much of massaging cream, just do it until the scooping cream out of one hand part, split your small amount of cream in 2, half in each hand, and then massage your knees.Don't let much water get into your cream container--it will make it soapy and it doesn't have as much effect.
