Have you had one of those days where you feel fat and ugly? This will teach you how to achieve a great looking and feeling you.
For your face: Don't wear a lot of make-up; maybe only 3 or 4 products will do.
Clean your face with a scrub every morning and night, then moisturize.
Teeth: Brush your teeth for at least one minute. Make sure you're brushing your teeth in a good motion. Use toothbrushes that have rubber scrubs and stuff like that. Make sure you're also using something to treat your tongue, because that's where all your bad breath germs are. You can use a toothbrush that comes with it, a tongue scraper, or your normal toothbrush. You can also use a whitening wash or white strips. It'll make your mouth feel fresh.
Body: Make sure you keep your healthy diet in balance. Junk food is okay every once in a while. But also make sure you play outside enough and get exercise.
Wear clothes that match your mood and your body type. Use your passion for fashion!
Take care of your hands and feet: Nail polish is a great way to make your normal hands stand out. You can use colors that match you or colors that you like. You can go for Rihanna's bright colorful style, or soft colors. A favorite type of manicure is the French manicure.
Attitude: Make sure you try to have fun in whatever you do. Don't be over optimistic, but don't be negative either. Make sure you stay bright most of the time. Remember, you only have one life. Finding what you do best might take a while. So, enter after-school activities, clubs, or just do what you love doing.
Do anything that matches and flatters you.
Treat other people with kindness and you'll make friends easily.
Make sure you never act "show-offs" as this can give the wrong impression to other people.
