Believe it or not people do pay attention to your hair. Pay attention to these Instructions to keep your hair looking great!

Protect your hair:When you expose your hair to the sun it sucks even the healthiest hairs moisture out and keeps it looking dull. Instead wear a hat to cover you hair or even a cap or a scarf is a good idea.If covering your hair isn't your style, try tying it up in a knot, bun or braid, while out in the sun. Trim you hair: The humidity makes hair extremely frizzy. When your ends frizz this means that your hair is either damaged, split or both.It is best to get your hair trimmed every six to eight weeks to get rid of these and keep your hair look fabulous!

Use a good shampoo and conditioner: Its very important to keep hair healthy and nourished, and using an appropriate shampoo of conditioner helps.Even really oily hair deserves a great conditioner. The most recommended are Intense Repair by L'Oreal for dry hair; Sunsilk Naturals for normal hair; and Sedo control shampoo by L'Oreal for oily hair. The price of these are worth it because they will last along time and make a good impression. Spray-on and leave-in conditioners help:leave-in conditioners penetrate deep into your hair cuticles and heal them completely. So using them at least once a week will make all the difference.A spray-on conditioner is another great idea. It conditions your hair and makes it look manageable and beautiful.Hydra Repair spray-on conditioner by L'Oreal Is is mild and non-greasy and helps hair look tamed.

Do not overuse shine products to control frizzes -- they often contain silicone that can coat your hair after just a few applications and can prove harmful. To prevent damage, wet your hair with tap water before you swim. The more wet your hair before you swim, the less salt water and chlorine it will absorb. Brush your hair in shower after you apply conditioner with a wide brush. A summer swim can be Great, But chlorinated water can damage your hair big time! Not washing your hair properly, or even frequent use of hair sprays and gels can cause dandruff. Hair dryers and hot curling related tools heat up your hair and somtimes make your hair look dry.
